Let me start with a question...

Often, these quick-fix programmes are built for failure.

Why? Because they're built around actions… ‘Get fit in 30 days’ and ‘Lose XX lb of belly fat in XX weeks’. Even if you do achieve your goal, afterwards it’s all too easy to slip back into old habits. So you blame yourself and decide you need to go back and start the same programme again (and usually pay again).

It's why 93% of New Year’s Resolutions fail and roughly 80% of people put all their weight back on after a diet.

You don’t need another person telling you what you can and can’t eat or drink or when and how you should exercise.

You don’t need to feel deprived and counting down the hours until ‘treat day’.

You might get some results in the short term, but it rarely works in the long term. It's not a sustainable way of living.

And we'd all rather have a solution that slots in around our crazy life, and then happily and habitually follow it for years to come, wouldn't we?

I’m not going to be telling you what to eat or drink or when or how to exercise. I’m not going to tell you what time to go to bed or how much protein you should be eating each day.

It sucks. It's why I’ve spent the past 20 years researching the secrets of healthy living and the power of mindset, which I then took further with various qualifications in health and wellness coaching, behaviour change, stress management and resilience.

How much time will I need to complete each day's tasks? I'm so busy! I've purposely designed The 30-Day Reset so that you're making incremental steps every day, rather than having to block out lots of time. It will help you focus on what's important, in the right order, to ensure you're making sustainable changes, not just 'quick fixes'.

How do I know if the programme will help me towards the lifestyle I'm trying to achieve, or any take on board any injuries or restrictions I have? The 30-Day Reset doesn't dictate anything to do with exercise, nutrition or anything else. It focuses on helping you get clear what it is you want and why, it helps you put a plan in place to achieve that, it helps you get organised so you can find the time to focus on that plan and it helps you navigate barriers and obstacles as they appear.

What if I don't get through it all in 30 days - will I get lifetime access? Yes, you'll get lifetime access to all the content for as long as it exists.

What happens after I buy? Once you've completed the checkout process, you'll get an email with access to everything you need to get started.
