1. Building the Foundations: Some simple pre-session prep work will help us get clear on your priorities, what makes you tick, your drivers and where to focus our efforts.

2. The Deep Dive: A 90-minute 1:1 video coaching session where we put in place a game plan for you to follow. We’ll tackle any barriers that might get in your way and set you on the path for health, happiness, resilience and success.

3. The Debrief: Four weeks on, we have a follow-up call to discuss progress, any challenges that crop up, and sustainable tactics to take you forward into your new way of living.

Your wingman, by your side every step of the way: Across the four weeks, you’ll have direct access to me, so you’re never alone in tackling the behaviour change behemoth. Whether it’s advice, accountability or championing, I’ve got you covered.
